Theologians Anonymous. Taking its cues from Plato’s Symposium, Theologians Anonymous events are occasional soirees held in a small, intimate setting in one of the top restaurants in Phoenix. Here’s a good example.
A National Lecture series held at various venues in Phoenix. Past speakers have included Walker Percy documentarian Win Riley, popular Catholic author Heather King, and R.R. Reno, Editor of First Things.
Other occasional lectures, such as the Pope Francis Lecture Series, co-sponsored with the Diocese of Phoenix. 2013 speakers in this series included DePaul University theologian William Cavanaugh, Mount St. Mary’s University theologian Paige Hochschild, and the Acton Institute’s Michael Miller.
